One Stop Settlements is a business conducted by the incorporated legal company Clark Salmon Pty Ltd as trustee for the One Stop Settlement Trust.

One Stop Settlements proposes to do discounted settlements; its objective is over time to grow into the largest settlement service in Western Australia.

Because of its relationship with Mortgage Settlements Australia (WA) (“MSA”) and the efficiencies that settling with MSA brings (as a result of internet facilities and some shared facilities) One Stop Settlements will be offering an additional discount of $200 in relation to any settlement in which it is acting for a buyer and the buyer is settling with a lender using MSA.  

We intend to grow the business intelligently. As a consequence, we are promoting One Stop Settlements on a very restricted basis. At present we have the capacity to conduct up to 100 settlements per month. However, before nominating One Stop Settlements to act for a purchaser we recommend that you contact our office to confirm that we have the capacity to provide the services. We are keen to avoid poor service as a consequence of too much work.
